COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS FOR SU-93-2 <br /> 9. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on <br /> Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County <br /> Standards, and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 16.
