e. The Designated Remainder shall be accurately shown on the Final Map. <br /> f. The driveway serving the residence on Parcel 22 shall be relocated from Parcel 21 prior <br /> to approval of the Final Map for Phase One. The barn and shed on Parcel 23 shall be <br /> removed under a Demolition Permit from the Building Inspection Division prior to approval <br /> of the Final Map for Phase One. <br /> g. Speiss Road shall be installed prior to approval of the Final Map for Phase One. <br /> h. Existing structures located on new property lines or within required setbacks shall be <br /> removed or relocated under permit from the Building Inspection Division. Development on the Designated Remainder shall be consistent with the provisions of the <br /> Flood Hazards Chapter (9-1605) of the Development Title. <br /> j.
