3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact: Greg Oliveira, 468-0341) <br /> a. A soil suitability study which indicates that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must <br /> be performed prior to approval of the map, as required by Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of $390.00 must be paid <br /> at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement <br /> plans. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> C. The exact locations of the wells in the Forest Lake Ranchettes Unit No. 2 subdivision shall <br /> be shown on the subdivision improvement plans to maintain a 150-foot separation from <br /> proposed leach field areas. <br /> d. The irrigation wells on Parcels 17 and 42 must be destroyed under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division prior to recordation of the Final Map. <br /> e. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-1230.8 of the <br /> Development Title, the developer shall pay fees for park development. <br /> 6.
