EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE An existing home is located on the northwest corner of the subject property. The house is 50+ years old and is utilizing a septic system. The system consists of a septic tank with dry wells. The entire septic system was replaced approximately 7 years ago when the owner began experiencing problems. The owner currently has the system routinly pumped out every several years. The owner has experienced no problems with the new septic system. There are several neighbors in reasonably close proximity to the subject property. Three of these neighbors were able to be interviewed and this information is presented next: OWNER: Mr. & Mrs. Krane ADDRESS: 2489 Stoney Creek Cir. LOCATION: 250 yards south-west of the proposed development. AGE OF HOUSE: 7 . 5 years. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, the septic system is located on the east side - of the house. Mrs. Krane was not certain of the size or make-up of the system, but they have experienced no problems in the 7 . 5 years they have - resided at the property. OWNER: Mr. & Mrs. Britain ADDRESS: 2829 Stoney Creek Cir. LOCATION: Adjacent to the proposed development, due south. AGE OF HOUSE: 7 years SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, the septic system is located on the north side of the home. Mrs. Britain was not certain of the size or make-up of the system, but she recalled the system was pumped out 7 months ago. OWNER: Mr. & Mrs. Vice ADDRESS: 2738 Stoney Creek Cir. LOCATION: 100 yards south-west of the proposed development. AGE OF HOUSE: 8 years.
