A review fee of $650.00 shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department along with the <br /> engineered design criteria for the proposed sewage disposal system for each parcel for review <br /> and approval by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2) <br /> D. Due to elevation and topographical conditions, engineer-designed septic systems are to be <br /> installed under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department with the current <br /> fee of$630.00 (San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> NOTE: Estate type zoning (R-R1) shall require a double-leach field system with alternating <br /> distribution box to be installed at the time of construction per the San Joaquin County <br /> Sewage Standards. It is possible that the leach field design may be larger than current <br /> Sewage Standard design criteria. <br /> E. A sewage disposal area is indicated by the septic tank soil suitability study and/or percolation tests <br /> must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivisions improvement plans (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2) <br /> F. The revised subdivision map shall identify any existing wells on this project site. An existing <br /> agricultural well appears to be located along the southern property line. <br /> G. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> H. A Test Well will be required to meet the following: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet requirements of Title 22, CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act). <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> 3. Results approved by the Environmental Health Department and County Public Works prior <br /> to final approval of improvement plans. <br /> I. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public Works. The <br /> system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the requirements <br /> of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire District. A test well showing that the production <br /> well(s) will meet all applicable standards is required prior to the approval of the improvements <br /> Plans or any work within the site. <br /> J. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by <br /> the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. <br /> Said written confirmation shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> OR <br /> A public water system shall be constructed to the requirements of the Environmental Health <br /> Department and the Department of Public Works.
