Weber Ave., Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 MAR 8 <br /> RE: Gudel Property: APN#005-030-07 ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> Lower Sacramento and Liberty Roads, Galt California PERMITI'SERWES <br /> In response to telephone conversations and your letter dated February 7, 2005 the <br /> following information has been provided- <br /> /,.-'Telephone Conversation <br /> A record search was requested from the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> and is attached. No files were located. <br /> `! Checklist <br /> Section 1.4 of your check list requests site maps. Maps are located in our February 18, <br /> 2004 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and include aerial photographs, topo <br /> maps and a parcel map of the vacant pasture land described as the subject property. The <br /> maps are located in Appendixes A and B of our February 2004 ESA Report. <br /> Section 3.1 of your check list is described in the first paragraph of Section 3.0 of our <br /> ESA. <br /> Section 5.4 of your check list addresses changes since the February 2004 date of our <br /> ESA. The subject property is still vacant pasture land with no changes. <br /> y <br /> Checklist Comments <br /> i <br /> As mentioned above, since there are no structures or improvements located on the subject <br /> property a parcel map, topo map or aerial photograph should be sufficient. We have <br /> attached a copy of the most recent aerial photograph with the property lines added. <br /> As mentioned above, the subject property is still vacant pasture land with no changes. <br /> A reference was made to page 6 of our ESA regarding any UST's in the area. The result <br /> of the State data base search disclosed that a small UST was located at the Gudel dairy, <br /> APN #005-030-08 or 26618 N. Lower Sacramento Road, and is not part of the subject <br /> property. According to Mrs. Gudel the UST was removed many years ago and probably <br /> without permit as an exempt farm tank less than 1100 gallons in size. <br /> ZI-- J <br /> M.J.
