The ESA also provides the buyer with due <br /> diligence that can be used incase unforeseen problems arise in the future and an <br /> "innocent buyer" argument needs to be made. The ESA is not to be mistaken as an <br /> Environmental Impact Report or ;any other document other than what is stated in the <br /> report. <br /> I hope this additional information helps our client with their Land Use Application # PA- <br /> 04-74(SU).
