The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated February 18, 2004 was deemed <br /> incomplete. An addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> acknowledging the time between the last addendum submitted on January 7, 2005 and the <br /> current application date. <br /> NOTE: Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability <br /> Study shall be performed and submitted to The Environmental Health Department with <br /> a review fee of$260.00 due at time of submittal. <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation <br /> of parcel/final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A Nitrate <br /> Loading Study is required, and a review fee of$650.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and <br /> disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $130.00 per percolation hole is <br /> required. <br /> NOTE: All percolation tests are to be conducted in areas of proposed engineer-designed <br /> septic systems. All percolation tests are to be a minimum of 100-feet away from <br /> wetland boundary. Prior to approval of percolation tests, a Parcel Map shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department with dimensions of Septage <br /> area required by percolation tests under the San Joaquin County Sewage <br /> Standards, Section 10.3.4. <br /> C. Due to elevation and topographical conditions, engineer-designed septic systems are to be <br /> installed under permit and inspection with the Environmental Health Department with the <br /> current fee of$630.00 (San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1110.3 and 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
