It is possible that the leach field design <br /> may be larger that current Sewage Standards design criteria. <br /> D. A review fee of$260.00 shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department along <br /> with the engineered design criteria for the proposed sewage disposal system for each parcel <br /> for review and approval by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> E. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the soil suitability study and/or percolation tests <br /> must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivisions improvement plans (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> F. The revised subdivision map shall identify any existing wells on this project site. An existing <br /> agricultural well appears to be located along the southern property line. <br /> G. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and the Department of Public Works. <br /> The system shall provide adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County fire Warden and the local Fire District. A test well showing that <br /> the production well(s) will meet all applicable standards is required prior to the approval of <br /> the Improvements Plans or any work within the site. <br /> NOTE: Proposed well sites will need to demonstrate 150-feet distance to the proposed <br /> septic system for proposed Parcels #1, #16, and #17. <br /> H. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9- <br /> 1115.6). <br /> I. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> J. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
