URS
It is also evident that site activities that produce noise could be effectively attenuated to
stay below the 70dBA maximum level. This could be accomplished by the initiating the
following:
• timing of the majority of the noise producing activities to occur in accordance with
county code Section 9-1025.9,
• repositioning of equipment such as the power washer and `hydroseeder" further away
from sensitive receptors such as adjacent neighbors and
• construction of an attenuation barrier(i.e. fence) between the driveway and the
adjacent neighbors dwelling.
It is our opinion that if additional attention is placed on the attenuation of the sound
pressure levels associated with the facility and working in conjunction with the
neighboring residences an acceptable level of noise may be obtained.
Noise Survey Report 6
Premier Environmental Services, Inc
01/31/01
