spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). (Two spaces are required for the landscaping site and .67 spaces are <br /> required for every employee). (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan <br /> (1) The access driveway shall have a width of no less than sixteen (16) feet for <br /> one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> (2) The design of the driveway shall be such as to allow trucks to enter and exit <br /> property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic. <br /> h. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm-water drainage created by new <br /> improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding <br /> storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1135) <br /> i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) One tree shall be required for each five (5) parking stalls or portion thereof, and <br /> shall be even spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.5[b]) <br /> j. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> k. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six(6)to seven (7)feet in height shall be erected along the <br /> northern and western property lines of APN 061-120-19 and along the width of <br /> the project boundary along the southern property line adjacent to APN 061-120- <br /> 39. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][1]) <br />
