(2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside <br /> storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> I. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (i) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> m. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division. <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than twenty (20) feet from the property lines shall be of one <br /> (1) hour, fire resistive construction. Openings will not be permitted less than five <br /> (5) feet and protected less than ten (10)feet. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) and (UPC Section 413). <br /> n. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for <br /> a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of <br /> NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code (static water supply). <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Key boxes:A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's <br /> instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, <br /> Standard 10-1 of Volume 2. <br /> (5) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations <br /> hazardous to life or property C.F.C. 105.2.1. <br /> JJ:vb <br /> SA0064 <br /> Attachments <br /> C: Randy& Marie Becker <br /> Neumiller& Beardslee <br />
