(2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside <br /> storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (i) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> m. UNIFORM BUILDING CODE: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division. <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than twenty (20) feet from the property lines shall be of one <br /> (1) hour, fire resistive construction. Openings will not be permitted less than five <br /> (5) feet and protected less than ten (10)feet. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24) and (UPC Section 413). <br /> n.
