Memorandum -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> SA-00-64 <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 7. The intersections of Mundy Lane and Armstrong, and Mundy Lane and Hogan Road shall <br /> be improved so as the Simi-trucks delivering material to the site shall not encroach into <br /> the on-coming traffic lanes, or outside of the paved roadway. A Registered Civil <br /> Engineer shall review and stamp the intersection design as to the adequacy of the <br /> design. <br /> 8 Mundy Lane shall be improved in the vicinity of the driveway into the project site, so that <br /> Simi-trucks shall not encroach into the on-coming traffic lane to make the turn into or out <br /> of the driveway.
