Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot he <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic lank system must be <br /> perlirrmed prior to issuance of building permits. A review fee of $174.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental IIealth Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or L.Y.A. Dcsign Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B.
