The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> f. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The <br /> fee is currently $88 .89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Warehouse" . The fee shall be automatically <br /> increase on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 <br /> percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the <br /> fee upon payment for processing and administering the <br /> program. (Resolution R--91-327) <br /> g. The frontage improvement for Munford Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standard for one-half <br /> of a 60-foot right-of-way local industrial street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with <br /> a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A <br /> $260. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Planning Title Section 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed, and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvement. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing <br /> on a form- to be supplied by the Public Works Department <br /> and submitted to the Public Works Department for <br /> approval. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $115. 00. ) (Planning Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for the <br /> mobile office under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> b. Obtain a building permit for proposed mobile office. <br />
