SA-92-52 OF MICHAEL H. PYLE <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is proposing boat, R/V and personal storage on. 2 <br /> acres of a 3 1/2 acre site. An existing 101x30 ' storage building <br /> is the only area proposed for personal storage. The applicant is <br /> not proposing a mini storage facility. An existing mobile home <br /> is proposed to be used for a caretaker. In addition, a mobile <br /> home is proposed to be used as an office. Three existing <br /> residences are located 15 feet from the west property line. 6 <br /> . foot tall galvanized metal fencing is proposed along the north, <br /> east and south boundaries of the storage yard. Proposed access <br /> is by two 30-foot wide driveways. Proposed drainage is to Duck <br /> Creek which borders the property on the north. <br /> The site is located on the north side of Munford Avenue, 1260 <br /> feet west of State Route 99, southeast of Stockton. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> k This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> k Development Services : A <br /> M <br /> a. The mobile home shall be relocated outside the 30 foot front <br /> yard set back. <br />
