Five (5) parking spaces are required including one space <br /> meeting handicapped parking requirements, and one space for <br /> the resident of the caretaker mobile home. The space for <br /> handicapped parking shown on the site plan submitted <br /> September 23, 1992 shall be relocated and/or reoriented so <br /> that a vehicle exiting the parking space does not have to <br /> back into traffic on Munford Ave. <br /> d. Trash bins shall be kept within an enclosure with solid <br /> walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. <br /> (Development Title Section 1020.9 [d] ) <br /> e. Solid masonry walls (7) seven to (8) eight feet in height <br /> and approximately 240 feet in length shall be erected along <br /> the west and east property lines, from the front yard set <br /> back (30 feet) to the end of the project. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.9[b] ) <br /> f. Items stored within 100 feet of Munford Avenue shall not be <br /> stacked higher than eight feet. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1020.9 [c] ) <br /> g. All storage parking stalls shall be delineated with paint. <br /> One-way isles shall be a minimum of 16 feet -wide. Two-way <br /> isles shall be a minimum of 25 feet wide. <br /> h. All areas within the project that are not surfaced or used <br /> for buildings shall be landscaped. Landscaping shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan and shall meet the landscaping <br /> regulations of the Development Title. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.9[x] ) <br /> i. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material <br /> and asphalt concrete, or Portland cement concrete. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent <br /> structures or properties. Storage parking areas shall be <br /> improved with four (4) inches of aggregate base material and <br /> a chip seal. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e] ) <br /> j . One (1) copy of an Improvement Plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Development Services Division. The Improvement Plan <br /> will be distributed to the involved County departments for <br /> approval.
