COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-92-52 <br /> 5. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently are $1, 399. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" and <br /> $286. 45 per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 6. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $88 . 89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Warehouse" . The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An <br /> additional 3 .5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment <br /> for processing and administering the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 7 . The frontage improvement for Munford Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 50-foot right-of-way local industrial street. The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Improvement Plan. (A $250.00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 .in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval.
