The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 24 feet <br /> NGVD. <br /> Munford Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> r 1.
