PYLE <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved .use shall not be <br /> established. nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval_ <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary permits have been secured and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> 'j' a. All proposed signs shall be shown on the improvement plan <br /> and shall meet the requirements of the Development Title. <br /> b: Five (5y' 'parking spaces are required including one space <br /> meeting handicapped-parking requirements, and one space <br /> for the resident of the caretaker mobilehome.
