ISA-98-76 <br /> Page 2 <br /> D. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Install cement surface seal around domestic well casing (by duplex) to sufficiently protect <br /> well casing the integrity of well grout. <br /> E. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above <br /> ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. <br /> Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> F. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> G. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br />
