Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map/or issuance of a building permit. A review <br /> fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Submit a site plan or map plan with a re-draw of existing septic system. You must move <br /> location for proposed septic system, and correct location of existing well on parcel to the <br /> Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information that clearly <br /> delineates the proposed locations as required by ordinance requirements (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services <br />
