The purpose of our study was to determine the suitability of the property <br /> for septic tank usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 101000 of San Joaquin County Ordinance. This report presents the results of our study. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOP .ENI' <br /> Ralph's Statuary produces pre-cast concrete products. The new facility, which is located south <br /> of Munford Avenue, includes an approximate 80 foot by 200 square foot manufacturing area <br /> with an attached 40 foot by 200 foot canopy. -the overall site measures approxiurately 282 feet <br /> by 435 feet. We understand that a complete set of plans was previously famished to the San <br /> Joaquin.County Public Health Services Department Environmental Health Division. <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> The site of the proposed manufacturing facility was previously a trucking yard for Rackley <br /> Trucking for twelve years. We understand that Rackley"Trucking vacated the property <br /> approkimately 3 years ago.
