Schaapman: <br /> Presented in this razort are the results of our septic system <br /> suitability study performed for the proposed parcel split of the <br /> Schaapman property. The property is located east of Murphv Road <br /> and south of Lone Tree Road, north of Ripon in San Jcaquin County, <br /> California. Cne 5-acre parcel will be split off of the <br /> approximate 26-1/2-acre property. No residences are located on <br /> either the proposed 5-acre or 21-1/2-acre parcels. We have assumed <br /> that construction would be limited to one single-family residence <br /> on each proposed parcel. A plot plan showing the approximate <br /> location of the property is presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323, Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Cur scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated January 29 , 1991. Our services were initiated based <br /> on your written authorization of February 5 , 1991.
