CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL SA-91-26 PAGE THREE 3. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT Conditions of Approval: a. Emissions generated during the construction process are of concern to the District. The attached dust control practices shall be implemented if and when construction takes place. b. Projects shall maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation measures, if applicable for Air Pollution Control District staff in making scheduled or unscheduled inspections. C. It shall be a condition of approval for the applicant to notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date of construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The applicant should use file no. SA-91-26 in the communication to the District and under the attention of the Planning Section if and when construction and/or grading is implemented. 4 . BUILDING DIVISION ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: 1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. 2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material: 1) A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) .
