CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-26 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> 3. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Emissions generated during the construction process are of <br /> concern to the District. The attached dust control practices <br /> shall be implemented if and when construction takes place. <br /> b. Projects shall maintain adequate record keeping of mitigation <br /> measures, if applicable for Air Pollution Control District <br /> staff in making scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> C. It shall be a condition of approval for the applicant to <br /> notify the District in writing with respect to the actual date <br /> of construction/grading one week prior to said activities. <br /> The applicant should use file no. SA-91-26 in the <br /> communication to the District and under the attention of the <br /> Planning Section if and when construction and/or grading is <br /> implemented. <br /> 4 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> 2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> 1) A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br />
