CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-26 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> 7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to the issuance of any building permits, or the <br /> beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1) Parking shall be provided for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance. <br /> 2) Identification signs for the parking space(s) , including <br /> the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at each entrance <br /> or be visible from each space. <br /> 3) The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot. <br /> S. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A minimum five foot wide planting strip is required along <br /> Murphy Road. The strip shall be installed within one year <br /> upon completion of the building. <br /> b. The project shall be limited to one identification sign, <br /> either a monument sign or a sign attached to the wall of the <br /> building. <br />
