r) <br /> �_. 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 31.78 acre parcel located at 1700 North <br /> Murray Rd. Linden, CA 95236. The subject parcel number is 105-100-13. Thero'ect is in an <br /> p J <br /> agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It isro osed to create a 2.00 acre Home <br /> site <br /> .p site <br /> Parcel and a "Designated Remainder. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title,this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for <br /> approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environm <br /> ent 2J <br /> contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and County records. (This <br /> SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> i . <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> a <br /> page).F.: <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). / <br /> C <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 21 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the current owner, John Dondero. <br /> John Dondero has owned subject parcel for 3 years. Mr. Dondero has farmed this parcel for <br /> more than 10 years. <br /> Presently,the majority of the property is an orchard. There is also a homesite. The surrounding <br /> properties to the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes and rural <br /> residential. <br /> t 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1. Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on January 10, 2011 <br /> (see Appendix for results). Also, an onsite survey performed on January 13, 2011 by Ed Krager fs <br /> of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on <br /> January 13, 2011, by Joe Murphy of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> Appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings. Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. <br /> 3.2 Description p of All Past On-Ste Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground <br /> f^ Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Past on-site potentials for <br /> contamination are low.
