f
10 years. Historically there have been no underground storage tanks. The owner has no
knowledge of below ground surfaces of contamination on the subject parcel. There are above
ground fuel tanks that are contained within a concrete wall.
A search for Use Reports and Permits did not yield any concerns for sources of contamination
r (see Appendix). All pesticides and fertilizers applied were done under Permit No. 39-0000535,
E
Chemicals used were Aluminum Phosphide, Strychnine, and Methyl Bromide to name a few(see
Appendix for the entire inventory).
3.3 Description of All Current On-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below
Ground Sources of Contamination Identified at the Project Site: Presently there are no
underground storage tanks on the property and visual inspection did not produce any evidence
of buried containers, as well as no odors that would be associated with buried chemical tanks. (33)
On-site storm water is contained on site and dissipates through either percolation or evaporation.
The above ground fuel tanks are contained properly.
F + 3.4 Description of All Past Off-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground /
k Sources of Contamination Identified in the Area of the Project Site: Past off-site potential 6,
for contamination is low. The subject parcel is located in agricultural community.
3.5 Description of all Present Off-Site Potential and/or Known Above and Below Ground
Sources of Contamination Identified in the Area of the Project Site: Present r
off-site potential for contamination is low. There is no knowledge of below ground sources of `
Flo contamination in the area of the project site that has or may impact the project site.
4.0 EVALUATION OF PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF
r _ CONTAMINATION IDENTIFIED AT OR NEAR THE SITE AND
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER ACTION:
4.1 Evaluation of Each Potential and/or Known Source of Contamination Identified for
any Real and/or Potential Threat to Human Health and the Environment: The depth to
potable water is 180 feet. Due to the depth, any pesticides, insecticides, and fertilizers used on
the property in the past or present would have a minimal impact to the potable water.
5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS SECTION:
5.1 Discussion of the Above Evaluation: There are no buried chemical containers on this
site; thus, the potential for contamination is low. As previously stated, any pesticides,
insecticides, and fertilizers used on the site do not pose any significant potential fors. f,
contamination to the project site, and no mitigation measures are recommended. The fuel tanks
are contained properly.
5.2 The Report is Inclusive: All information in this report does not reference any other
w y documents that are not contained in this report.
5.3 Report was Signed Dated and Stamped: See page 3.
3
