Analysis <br /> Background <br /> The applicant is proposing to subdivide two 80-acre parcels into 6 parcels, including two 3-acre homesite <br /> financing parcels, two 37-acre remainder parcels, and two 40-acre parcels Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610.3(b)(2) states that upon repayment of the loan, the owner of the homesite parcel shall merge the <br /> homesite parcel with the remainder parcel. The two 37-acre remainder parcels will be designated as <br /> nonbuildable sites for primary dwelling units (Development Title Section 9-610.3(b)(3). <br /> Williamson Act <br /> Both parcels in the proposed Major Subdivision are subject to Williamson Act contract No. 710127.
