Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause substantial <br /> environmental damage or substantially and avoidable injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project did not identify <br /> any known rare or endangered species or habitats or other substantial environmental <br /> adverse effects. <br /> 6. The design of the subdivision or type of improvement is not likely to cause significant public health <br /> problems <br /> • This finding can be made because conditions of approval applied by the Environmental <br /> Health Department will address "public health issues regarding groundwater protection, <br /> sewage disposal, and past site contamination.
