Florida/2245 Myran <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Tony, <br /> Per your request, we are sending you a proposal to perform a Surface & Subsurface Contamination <br /> Report (SSCR) for the subject property. We understand that you are proposing to create three new <br /> lots from two existing parcels totaling 0.343 acres. <br /> Surface & Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> It is proposed to develop the information contained in the SSCR pursuant to the San Joaquin i <br /> County Environmental Health Department policies. The SSCR will include the following <br /> information (depending upon availability and time constraints): <br /> o Review of chain-of-title documents, deeds, easements, leases,restrictions, cleanup <br /> liens, and covenants, as well as previous site assessments, legal description, and site <br /> plan for the subject property (ifprmided by clien�. <br /> o Review of applicable federal, state, and local governmental regulatory agency <br /> databases, lists, and records for the subject property and properties located within a <br /> one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. These databases,lists and records <br /> are reviewed for recognized environmental conditions on the subject property as <br /> well as adjoining properties and other off-site sources which may impact the subject <br /> property. <br /> o Review of available aerial photographs, U.S.G.S. topographical maps, and <br /> zoning/land use records for historical information regarding the prior uses of the r <br /> subject and adjacent properties.
