Myran Ave., Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On March 21, 2022, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> Revision of Approved Action for previously approved Minor Subdivision No. PA-0600038 subject to the <br /> enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$685.00.The 10-day appeal <br /> period ends at 4:30 p.m. on March 31, 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will <br /> expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by April 23, 2022, which is 6 <br /> years from the previous expiration date(April 23,2016).
