REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600038 <br /> FAIRCHILD GHIO LP <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions request for a previously approved Minor Subdivision application no. <br /> PA-0600038 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on March <br /> 21, 2021. The effective date of approval is March 31, 2022. This tentative map approval will expire on <br /> April 23,2022,which is 6 years from the previous expiration date, unless(1)all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
