All <br /> hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Used oil filters were found in a 5 gallon container on the west side of the shop open and unlabeled . Used oil filters <br /> shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil filters," and <br /> marked with an accumulation start date. The manager placed the drained oil filters in the hazardous waste drum. <br /> Corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 12, 2015 . <br /> Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Danny Nguyen the Manager . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
