These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) <br /> as follows: ^C. <br /> • Raise well casing 12 inches above ground level. <br /> • Note: The Department cannot support the traffic slab and <br /> manhole cover over the existing well as proposed. If <br /> necessary the construction of a replacement well in a more <br /> protected area under inspection and permit by the <br /> Environmental Health Division(SJCD Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.3). <br /> 2. Destruction of proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> 3. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as <br /> a storage area.
