Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 5. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored. removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 6. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The <br /> material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee <br /> is required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 7. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 8. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification <br /> number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br />
