f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan.- (1) lan:(1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- 1015.5(h[1])) (2) The parking lot shall be designed so that a vehicle within the parking area will not have to enter a public street to move from one location to any other location within the parking area. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5(h[2])) g. PARKING AISLES: The minimum dimensions for parking aisles (the space required for maneuvering vehicles within a parking lot)shall be as follows: (1) Two-way aisles used for vehicular traffic must have a minimum width of twenty-five (25) feet (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[1]) h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the northern zoning line of the Agriculture-Urban Reserve(AU-20)portion of APN 208-200-24,adjacent to the portion zoned Residential-Very Low Density(R-VL). (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][1]) (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6)to seven(7)feet in height.Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings.(Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) j. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of State Route 120, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (2) All areas not used for buildings,parking, driveways,walkways,approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped.(Development Title Section 9-1020.) (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development Title. Parking areas with more than twenty (20) stalls shall provide a minimum of five percent(5%) of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage.
