The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed site Approval and has determined that the project cannot be approved due to the inability to make Finding Number 1. Mr. Siebel inquired if there was any way an exception to the General Plan could be made to approve the project being that it is housing for Senior Citizens. Mr. Martin and staff discussed options that Mr. Seibel might consider taking. Mr. Darrow informed the applicant that if there are four or greater buildings then they will need to be handicap accessible. REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTIONS APPLICAATIO PANGS CM USE PREMIT APPLICATION NO. UP 9N FOR 4 10 CONSTRUCTION,INC.- A Revisions of Approved Actions request to change the compliance date (condition l.n.) from May 15, 2001 to May 15, 2004 for an Approved Use Permit application for an 18 hole public golf course on a 340-acre parcel. Located on the north side of Eight Mile Road, east of existing driving range, west of Stockton(APN: 066-280-01; Address: 6301 West Eight Mile Road, Sockton). Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Jerry Sperry, Spanos Construction, Inc.;Bob Zipf, Senior Building Inspector were present for this item. Chandler Martin presented the project. Mr. Zipf indicated that the tent structure is an illegal use, and will need a building permit. Mr. Martin informed the applicant that if he plans to remove the tent and replace it with a permanent facility he will need to bring in to the Community Development Department Site Plans and Improvement Plans. If the beicant wishes to replace the tent and the project will have to belrefe lied out a larger facility, a revised application will brequired second time. In either case,the tent pavilion must be demolished by mid September. Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division's requirements. Mr. Karam reviewed Public Works Departments requirements.
