(1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case <br /> shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) <br /> feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5(h[1])) <br /> (2) The parking lot shall be designed so that a vehicle within the parking area will <br /> not have to enter a public street to move from one location to any other location <br /> within the parking area. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5(h[2])) <br /> g. PARKING AISLES: The minimum dimensions for parking aisles (the space <br /> required for maneuvering vehicles within a parking lot) shall be as follows: <br /> (1) Two-way aisles used for vehicular traffic must have a minimum width of twenty- <br /> five (25) feet. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[1]) <br /> h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the <br /> northern zoning line of the Agriculture-Urban Reserve (AU-20) portion of APN <br /> 208-200-24, adjacent to the portion zoned Residential-Very Low Density (R-VL). <br /> (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][1]) <br /> (2) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside <br /> storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][21) <br /> j. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of- <br /> way width of State Route 120, shall be installed across the frontage of the <br /> project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved <br /> outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br />
