Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance <br /> requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kada Kuhl, 468 3103 Stephanie <br /> Stowers [2091468-9653) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an"APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT". The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on- <br /> site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer-to-the <br /> "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST"for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a recreational vehicle storage facility consisting of six(6) <br /> buildings totaling 182,320 square feet and an 886 square foot office as shown on the Site Plan <br /> dated May 17, 2006. The building construction is to be phased as follows: <br /> (1) Phase I (permits shall be issued within 18 months of approval): <br /> A. Construction of Buildings A, B, C, and D for a total of 89,280 square feet <br /> B. Expansion of Buildings A and D <br /> B. Construction of Buildings E and F <br /> C.
