Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of <br /> $275.00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 2, 1997. If this date falls on a <br /> weekend or holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 <br /> months (by April 3, 1999). If you have not complied with the Conditions of Approval by that date, <br /> this approval will expire, and the project cannot proceed.
