Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> and commercial waste usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit and/or <br /> final occupancy approval as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$445.00 must be <br /> paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to issuance of building permit. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9- <br /> 1110.5). <br /> RM <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
