State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. In addition, the waste disposal system shall be sized for <br /> a commercial facility based on the number of employees and the anticipated maximum <br /> average daily flow. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and <br /> cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> D. The water supply will have to meet the requirements of the California Uniform Food Facility <br /> law as provided in the Health and Safety Code, Section(s) 113732.1, 113843, 113844, and <br /> 114095. <br /> E. This facility will need to provide facilities that will the requirements of a Food Facility as <br /> defined in the Health and Safety Code, Section 113785 in conjunction with the existing <br /> produce stand. <br /> F. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> G. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br />
