CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MARVIN WILSON GX-92-6 Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to commencement of grading and/or excavating. Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. The approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. 1 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DIVISION a. The average finished grade elevation of Phase I shall be no lower than 57 . 0 feet. The average finished grade elevation of Phase II shall be no lower than 61. 1 feet. (Planning Title Section 9-2224{b} {41 ) b. All Conditions of Approval shall be complied with and grading shall have commenced within eighteen (18) months of the date of approval of GX-92-6. Excavation and final rehabilitation of the site shall be completed within eighteen (18) months of the start of excavation. C. All private roads involved in the excavation shall be maintained so as to control the creation of dust. (Planning Title Section 9-2224{a}) f. Provide certification of approval of proposed final grades from the South San Joaquin County Irrigation District prior to authorization being given to commence the grading excavation. (Planning Title Section 9- 2224{b} {2} ) g. Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the hours from five (5) p.m. through six (6) a.m. , except during periods of declared national, state or local emergency. Excavation operations shall not be permitted on Saturdays and Sundays, except as otherwise noted above.
