CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MARVIN WILSON <br /> GX-92-6 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to commencement of grading and/or excavating. <br /> Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Ordinance Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> The approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval unless <br /> (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain <br /> in force. <br /> 1 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DIVISION <br /> a. The average finished grade elevation of Phase I shall be <br /> no lower than 57 . 0 feet. The average finished grade <br /> elevation of Phase II shall be no lower than 61. 1 <br /> feet. (Planning Title Section 9-2224{b} {41 ) <br /> b. All Conditions of Approval shall be complied with and <br /> grading shall have commenced within eighteen (18) months <br /> of the date of approval of GX-92-6. Excavation and final <br /> rehabilitation of the site shall be completed within <br /> eighteen (18) months of the start of excavation. <br /> C. All private roads involved in the excavation shall be <br /> maintained so as to control the creation of dust. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2224{a}) <br /> f. Provide certification of approval of proposed final <br /> grades from the South San Joaquin County Irrigation <br /> District prior to authorization being given to commence <br /> the grading excavation. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 2224{b} {2} ) <br /> g. Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the <br /> hours from five (5) p.m. through six (6) a.m. , except <br /> during periods of declared national, state or local <br /> emergency. Excavation operations shall not be permitted <br /> on Saturdays and Sundays, except as otherwise noted <br /> above. <br />
