The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof (California Water Code, Section 13376) . <br /> C. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3001) . <br /> 3 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a. The landowner agrees not to perform any excavation or <br /> grading within the S. S.J. I.D. easement or within 15 feet <br /> of the centerline of the pipeline, whichever is greater. <br /> b. Excavations adjacent to District easements and/or <br /> facilities shall have a minimum 3 : 1 slope from the <br /> excavated field to the top of the berm. <br /> C. The landowner will take such steps as are required by the <br /> S. S.J. I .D. Water Superintendent to remedy any erosion on <br /> banks adjacent to the District' s facilities. <br /> d. No soil will lie stockpiled over the S.S.J. I .D. pipeline. <br /> e. No heavy equipment will travel over the S. S.J. I .D. <br /> pipeline without approved bridging, said bridging to be <br /> approved between S.S.J. I.D.and the contractor. <br /> f. No trees and/or rubbish will be disposed of or stored on <br /> the S. S.J. I.D. easement or facilities. <br /> g. S. S.J. I .D.will be notified 48 hours in advance of any <br /> excavation work. <br /> h. The landowner agrees that the existing pipeline or <br /> concrete lined canal do not presently leak and agrees <br /> that any damage will be repaired at landowner' s expense. <br /> i. It is understood by the applicant that the District shall <br /> not be held responsible to remedy high water table <br /> problems created by the excavation. <br /> j . Landowner shall provide District with sufficient fill <br /> dirt from excavation for protection of canal or pipeline <br /> and place fill dirt as directed by District Engineering <br /> Department. <br /> k. Any irrigation service structure (District or Private) <br /> modification or installation necessitated by the proposed <br /> excavation shall be performed at the landowner' s expense. <br /> Furthermore, owner shall obtain a Structure Permit from <br /> the District prior to installing, modifying, or removing <br />
