• On the western end of the field road, a pipe and an electrical box were noted. <br /> Mr. DePalma indicated that a pump for the irrigation pipeline was located here in <br /> the 1970s and 1980s. <br /> The surrounding properties on all sides were orchards. Rural residences were <br /> noted as well to the north, south, and east. <br /> 5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Client <br /> Antonette Silva was interviewed by telephone on June 21, 2016. At this time, <br /> she indicated that the Site has been in her family since the late 1970s. To her <br /> knowledge, it has always been an almond orchard. Ms. Silva stated that her <br /> house was built in 2000, and the shop was built in 2003. The buildings at the <br /> southwest corner of the Site predated her family's ownership. <br /> Ms. Silva was not aware of any fuel tanks, chemical storage or mixing, <br /> automotive maintenance, buried trash, dumping, or other environmental issues <br /> with the potential to affect the Site. <br /> Mr. DePalma was briefly interviewed by telephone on June 28, 2016. He stated <br /> that the septic system for the former trailer at the southwest corner of the Site <br /> (see below) was destroyed approximately 20 years ago. <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> Hazardous Materials Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site addresses of 18395, 18401, 18447, 18449, and 18459 East <br /> Highway 120. According to Ashreen Ali, no records related to hazardous <br /> materials are on file (correspondence, June 22 and 30, 2016). <br /> Well & Septic Permits <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site address. A total of 12 permits were <br /> identified: <br /> • • January 1973 permit for new irrigation well (18447). <br /> • June 1975 permit for sealing of a domestic well to be done by the owner. <br /> LOGE 1612 4 <br />
