• 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of DePalma Farms. According to the records, the Site <br /> has been used to grow almonds, cherries, walnuts, and grapes from 2012 <br /> through the present. A variety of agricultural chemicals have been applied to the <br /> Site during this time period, as summarized on the tables in Appendix 5. <br /> 7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) <br /> Online Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on June 25, 2016 for mapped oil <br /> or gas wells within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified <br /> within the search radius. <br /> 7.5 National Pipeline MappLing System Database <br /> Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on <br /> June 25, 2016 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter <br /> mile of the Site. No pipelines were identified within the search radius. Local <br /> pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area. <br /> • <br /> 8.0 IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> The following sources of past, current, on-site, and off-site contamination have <br /> been identified as a result of this investigation: <br /> Identified Contamination Source Evaluation <br /> 1.
