(2) A minimum of 12 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 accessible space <br /> (3.3 spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building area). LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed.
