(DISTRICT 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Noel Negley APN: 225-020-20 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 120 (Yosemite Avenue) has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Improvements, restrictions and permits for State Highway Route 120 <br /> shall be as required by Caltrans . <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application. (The fee currently is $143 .38 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Escalon area. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and <br /> R-96-592) <br /> 3 .
