-- J <br /> Previously Approved Findings <br /> 1 The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan; <br /> any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable _. <br /> plan adopted by the County. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Recreation - Parks Use Type is consistent with <br /> the A/L General Plan designation and in turn may be conditionally permitted with a Use <br /> Permit in the AL-10 zone. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other <br /> necessary facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to <br /> existing and proposed roadways. <br /> • This finding can be made because the site can accommodate a well, septic system, <br /> and drainage facilities. In addition, the project has public road frontage on State Route <br /> 120. <br /> 3 The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. <br /> • This finding can be made because the plan shows that there is sufficient area for the <br /> new facilities, parking, and circulation, in compliance with County standards. <br /> 4. Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare <br /> or be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. <br /> 5 The use is compatible with adjoining land use. <br /> • This finding can be made because with the recommended Conditions of Approval, the <br /> proposed use will not interfere with or alter the current uses on adjacent properties. <br /> San Joaquin County UP-00-22\California Milk Market <br /> Community Development Page 5 <br />
